A group of no more than ten co-op managers from MMS training member co-ops that meet twice a month with a desire to strengthen their personal effectiveness in order to bring impact.  This is a place for those who want a deeper dive into the understanding and implementation of the MMS videos and tools.  Also, a place to bond with others who are facing similar challenges. A place to discuss and see other points of view in a safe and trusting environment. We will support, learn and grow knowing that we are stronger together.
