For years, I have developed relationships with co-ops that allow me to help them fulfill their training needs in  management development, focusing on accountability and customer/internal service.   All growth in these areas takes time.  It doesn’t happen overnight. It is like anything else that grows – the seeds need to be planted, watered and tended.  That’s why I’ve developed an annual membership program that gives a co-op access to workshops at member rates, unlimited streaming of the MMS video library, and member network calls for support. The annual fee for membership is $450.

Unlimited Streaming of the MMS Video Library

For a number of years, I have presented my Manageing Effectively – Focusing on Accountability and my Customer and Internal Service trainings live at co-ops around the country.   I have taken the main points from each training and produced a series of videos for each training.  The accountability series has ten videos and the CS training has 3 videos. They range in length from 6 to 16 minutes and can be used in a classroom environment, as a self-study program or as conversation starters at manager meetings.  A Facilitator’s Guide for trainers and a Conversation Prep and Tool Guide that contains worksheets are also provided.  Also, we offer in our library two general safety videos especially designed for co-ops to be used during on-boarding.  To see samples of the videos click here.

Accountability Training – Zoominar Series

 Manageing Effectively – Focus on Accountability training is delivered via Zoom.  The training is broken down into five, 1.5 hour class sessions. The training is designed for all managers.  It starts with the basics of developing the correct mindsets by which to manage  and once introduced, the training moves on to introducing communication skillsets that will aid the manager in their day-to-day activities as well as challenging accountability conversations.  For more information on the 5 sessions of the Accountability Training and member pricing – click here.  For non-members or on-site training, contact Jon for more information.– click here.

Regularly Scheduled Member Get-Togethers

Truly we are stronger together.  We have so much to learn and share with each other as we make our way down the path of providing excellent work environments at our co-ops.  Throughout the year, I’ll be hosting member get-togethers on Zoom.  All managers are welcome from member co-ops.  These get-togethers often feature a guest speaker on such topics as HR situational issues, legal outlooks concerning co-ops and dealing with unions. Hot-Topic  Videos and Classes

Throughout the year, I will also be offering members special classes at member rates that deal with hot topics of concern to our co-ops.  These classes will deal with problems and challenges that we all face in our day-to-day activities working at our co-ops.  Our latest offering have been – “Guidance in Dealing with Customers with Mental Illness” and “Managing Personal Anxiety” .  These classes are offered in conjunciton with content experts on various fields.
