What’s the right way to manage people?
What’s the right technique to use?
Where do I go and to whom do I listen to get results?
Some “expert” says this way; another says that way.
It can definitely be confusing.
Here’s my advice.
The “right way” to do something is not determined by someone else.
It is determined by you.
It is grown and developed within the caldron of your experience.
It is proven by your results.
Listen to these experts.
Leave behind the things that don’t resonate with you.
Find some ideas that seem to settle well and get to work.
Try them out with simple-steps and steady-effort.
If things get off track, try again with maybe a new idea or two.
But no “expert” will do the work of proving things out for you.
That’s your work…there’s no way around it.
Take a deep breath and move forward.
Remember, there’s no failing just learning.
