Manageing Effectively – Focus on Accountability
This training which has been presented live at co-ops around the country has now been broken into five 1.5 hour sessions presented on Zoom. Intended for all managers, the training traces the arc of development from preparing a person mentally and emotionally to manage with new mindsets and once these are established providing communication tools by which to handle the tasks of manageing from day-to-day chats and check-in to more formalized accountability conversations.
The five sessions break out like this:
1. Line of Reasonability along with Mindsets: Peer to Manager and Who Am I as a Co-op Manager
2. Mindsets: Thoughts and Emotions. and Staying out of Shouldlandia, Facts and Behavior
3. Skillsets: Uplift and Direct and Leading Through Expectation
4. Skillsets: Coaching for Improvement
5. Skillsets: Six Steps to Performance Correction
Pre-work activities will be provided for the participants to prepare for each session which mainly consists of reviewing the MMS video that pertains to coming topic and a reflection question. Our hope is that once the training is completed, your managers can then use the videos from the MMS library as refreshers either is a group or self-study environment.
For co-ops who are MMS training members the cost is $325 per participant.
