This is one our main MMS graphic training tools. It is a graphic representation of how managerial accountability and employee development functions within a business environment. In terms of accountability and development each employee will land some where on the chart in either the Development, Correction or Discipline Zone. The chart provides a manager with an over view and foundation of the concepts of accoutability and development – the big picture so to speak. And further concepts of effective management can then be introduced.
