Thanks so much for stopping by Merriman Management Support. I’ve worked for many years with managers in fast paced retail environments and what I’ve come to see is one simple universal truth of effective management – you manage others as well as you manage yourself.

Becoming an effective manager is in many ways a personal journey. The journey starts with adopting new mindsets that help managers get properly focused within themselves.   Then new communication skillsets can be introduced that help increase accountability and productivity.
