None of us can do it alone.<br \/>\nAnd it comes down to valuing the cohesion of the team at a higher level than our own individualized preferences.<br \/>\nOur goal within our teams is not harmony (we will inevitably have our disagreements and differing points of view), our goal of working together in our teams has to be unity.<br \/>\nIt takes each one of us determining how we are going to manage ourselves with others who may see things differently and how we&#8217;ll act when decisions are made or people do things we don&#8217;t agree with.<br \/>\nWe need to become tasked and challenged with how to get over ourselves and let go of being distracted, unproductive, or behaving poorly when things don&#8217;t go the way we wish they would.<br \/>\nDo we subtlety work against decisions that we don&#8217;t agree with or are we on board because we know without a highly functioning team we&#8217;re going nowhere?<br \/>\nThis takes practice, commitment, team agreements with accountability, and self-responsibility.<br \/>\nThere&#8217;s a lot at stake here in the co-op movement.<br \/>\nMore than just our personal preferences.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moving a business especially a co-op forward is a team effort.
