It is so easy to believe that our efforts are not doing anything.<\/p>\n

We get frustrated; we get tired or worn down.<\/p>\n

We wonder how long we can keep going?<\/p>\n

We’re really not seeing anything change. Is it time to give up?<\/p>\n

From my experience, when you reach this point it is time to do something but giving up is not it.<\/p>\n

I think it is time to ask ourselves some simple questions,<\/p>\n

“Who would I be if I did’t do this work?”<\/p>\n

“What would my inmost feelings be if I walked away?”<\/p>\n

“Would I be leaving a part of me on the table?”<\/p>\n

And in the quiet, truthful moment of answering those questions we often realize that we really have nothing to lose by continuing and everything to gain.<\/p>\n

We are not the judge if our work is doing any good or having any effect on someone else.<\/p>\n

We don’t have omnipotent vision to see who it might be affecting.<\/p>\n

All we have is the inner knowledge that this is what we need to express and do.<\/p>\n

And in moving forward I’ve seen amazing, if not miraculous things happen.<\/p>\n
