Here’s my simple message this week.<\/p>\n
Don’t weaponize this feeling of uncertainty and insecurity and point it at yourself.<\/p>\n
Don’t attack yourself because you’re out in front leading people to some unknown, unnamed place and no one knows where it is.<\/p>\n
Take it easy on yourself.<\/p>\n
Your self-care is essential right now.<\/p>\n
An important part of leadership is the safeguarding of a calm, steady mind from which to function.<\/p>\n
Give yourself the space, kindness and understanding to make that happen.<\/p>\n
And remember, it can feel lonely at times, but we are truly all in this together.
