\nIn many ways it’s been an unrelenting pace getting from point A to a quickly moving point B.
\nIt has been a straightforward all out risk reducing approach.
\nNow though we have to move into thinking that is not quite so linier.
\nHow will we live and run our co-ops in a world in which this virus is a part and is not going away.
\nWhat courageous communications are needed with staff to prepare them, and define for them, the long walk ahead.
\nA frank talk about living and working with the risks at our co-ops so we can serve the communities that we do.
\nThat we’re not in a “just get it done and it’s over the finish line” situation. That the background of risk we all live and work with will be greater than the past. Yet with prudent measures we can grow our capacity to accept these risks.
\nAnd as we accept the risks, we can carefully examine the measures we are taking to make sure they are effective and not just inadvertently putting burdens on our staff, or fueling worry and agitation among our staff and customers alike.
