That the background of risk we all live and work with will be greater than the past. Yet with prudent measures we can grow our capacity to accept these risks.<br \/>\nAnd as we accept the risks, we can carefully examine the measures we are taking to make sure they are effective and not just inadvertently putting burdens on our staff, or fueling worry and agitation among our staff and customers alike.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Up until this point, I feel, our focus has been reducing risk.
